 About Erin Lanahan Method:

Erin Lanahan Method is a method for living an awesome life,  created by Erin Lanahan in 2009. It was Erin’s intention to create a space for herself and for others, to be real and raw. She set out to share her life’s trials and tribulations, and the tips and tools she uses to get through them, with the world. Erin is an extremely passionate soul and always dreamed of having the opportunity to help as many people as possible live a life beyond their wildest dreams.

Erin began her personal development career, as a Certified Personal Trainer over 10 years ago. Along the way she has had the opportunity to work with royalty, celebrities, full-time moms, struggling actors and writers, big Hollywood entertainment executives, etc, of all different ages, races, and sexual orientations. As Erin struggled with her own relationship with her self, her body, and finding purpose and meaning in her life, she found that these struggles seemed to be common themes in the lives of her clients.

Erin was unable to feel fully empowered with just personal training because she felt called to work with people on a deeper level. She wanted not only to help people transform their bodies, but more importantly to transform their lives. She was inspired by the idea of helping others release their limiting thoughts, beliefs, and patterns, so they could heal their bodies, their relationships, and their lives from the inside out.

Erin was able to heal from her own addictions with food, drugs, alcohol, and going in and out of unhealthy relationships, and as a result her purpose in life was revealed to her. Erin believes her life’s mission is to help as many people as possible reconnect to their unlimited resources within and to return to their natural state of infinite abundance, health, prosperity, beauty, and freedom.

Erin is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, a member of The American Association of Drugless Practitioners, in training to become an Internationally Certified Yoga Instructor, a Motivational Writer and Speaker, and a Life Empowerment Mentor. Erin still personal trains with select clients who live locally, but because working locally limits the number of people she can reach on a daily basis, she spends most of her time and energy writing articles, working on her fist book, mentoring/coaching, and building her passion website, E.L.M.

Erin’s message to you:

“Whatever changes you want to make in your life ARE possible. Right now, I am giving you permission to tell those thoughts in your head that tell you anything otherwise, to get out of your home! Your heart is the keeper of your life, not your head. Don’t forget that. I’ll see you in the realm of possibilities. I love you.”

    Hi Erin: Just wanted to say I loved your Newsletter this week, which talked about the changing Seasons and my changing body. It’s sooo true! Went and took a look at your recipe for Millet Mashed Potatoes as I am a Mashed Potato lover :) Can’t wait to try them if they taste as good as they look! Thanks for all your help with changing my thoughts on food this year. I am so much healthier and can’t believe how much my thinking has changed as far as what I now crave.
