E.L.M. ELEVATE FITNESS Group Training: March 8th – May 5th 2021
What is E.L.M. ELEVATE FITNESS Group Training?
- Erin Lanahan Method is the method I created over 11 years ago! It’s a wellness program that addresses the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of personal growth and fitness.
- This virtual group will meet together 3 times a week (on ZOOM) for a combination of circuit training with weights and vinyasa yoga.
- Weight training workouts will be designed to build strength, increase your lean muscle tissue, tone and sculpt your full body, speed up metabolism, and burn stubborn fat. More importantly, these workouts will be designed to elevate your mood, rewire your brain for well-being and success, and get you feeling AH-MAZING in your body. Prepare to walk away feeling satisfied, inspired, and accomplished.
- Yoga sessions will be designed to improve your flexibility, increase your mobility, calm your mind, ignite your heart, and get you feeling grounded, centered, and connected. Through a combination of breathwork, yoga poses, and meditation, you’ll walk away feeling strong, aligned, proud of yourself, and eager for the day ahead!
- When you combine strength training and yoga, you get the most incredibly well-rounded fitness program and one that addresses the mind, body, and spirit.
- E.L.M. Elevate Group Training is a three tier program. It focuses on mental, physical, and spiritual fitness. In order to achieve optimal health and well-being we must address the mind, the body, AND the spirit.
VIRTUAL GROUP TRAINING: March 8th – May 5th 2021
- These group sessions will happen inside my E.L.M. Online ZOOM Studio, so you can enjoy these creative workouts and heart-centered yoga classes from the safety and comfort of your own home.
- Our online group training begins Monday, March 8th, 2021 and runs until Saturday May 5th, 2021 for a total of 36 sessions over a 90 day period.
- These LIVE virtual circuit group training sessions are on Monday mornings from 9:30-10:30am EST and Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30pm EST.
- Yoga takes place on Saturday mornings from 9:00-10:00am EST.
- If you cannot attend one of our weekly sessions, don’t worry. You’ll have access to the recordings and can therefore enjoy the class you missed at another time during that week. That said, I do encourage you to show up and get the benefits of being with your fitness family!
- Included in your program is a 3-month membership to my E.L.M. Online Studio, where you’ll have access to over 160 yoga classes, circuit training classes, core-cardio workouts, guided meditations, guided journaling sessions and more, 24/7 on Demand. This means you can enjoy online classes on the days we don’t meet as a group, and if you miss a group training session, you can make it up by logging into your online studio to take a class.
- You’ll need to bring your own pair of dumbbells and yoga mat to each circuit training class. There may be some weeks where I incorporate the use of a bench, bands, or other equipment, but I’ll offer lots of other options for those who have limited equipment at home. The main thing you need is dumbbells and a mat. I do suggest having 2-3 pairs of dumbbells, so you can work with a variety of different sizes. This is not a requirement however. One pair will do. The most important part of this journey is to MOVE YOUR BODY CONSISTENTLY and with intention:-)
- For yoga, you must have your own yoga mat to use. You can find inexpensive mats at Target, Walmart, or Amazon.com. You can also purchase a good, quality yoga mat online from some of my faves such as Lululemon.com, Maduka.com, or JadeYoga.com.
- It can also be helpful to have 2 yoga blocks. You can find inexpensive yoga blocks at Target or Walmart, or Amazon.com.
- Feel free to reach out with any questions about the purchasing of your mat (or anything else for that matter).
- You’ll be added to our very own private Facebook group where you’re free to ask questions, share your progress, and talk with other participants about their experience, strength, and hope! Inside this group you’ll find inspiration, information regarding meal planning/food prep/diet/nutrition, motivation, and a warm feeling of belonging, encouragement, and community!
- Please note, if you’re unable to attend a LIVE class, it will be recorded so you can complete it at a more convenient time for you. THAT SAID, my main intention is for you to have success and achieve the fitness goals you have for yourself. Therefore, I will discourage you from missing workouts with the group. Please show up LIVE whenever possible. I truly believe that when you SHOW UP for your commitments, your commitments transform you. Since my goal is for you to be as successful as possible, I’m always going encourage you to show up to the LIVE classes with your fitness family.
- These group sessions will happen inside my E.L.M. Online ZOOM Studio so you can enjoy these creative workouts and heart-centered yoga classes from the safety and comfort of your own home.
- This group also includes one monthly group virtual call where we’ll meet on ZOOM to share and celebrate our progress and troubleshoot our challenges. I want to be sure every member of the group is successful and achieves exactly what he/she has set out to do, and therefore this call serves as an extra boost of support, guidance, and direction. In my 21 years of working with clients, running workshops and programs, and teaching classes, I’ve found that human beings tend to achieve greater levels of success when working towards a goal alongside others working towards the same or similar goals. These group calls bring a feeling of camaraderie, community, and encouragement. This will be your fitness “ride or die” tribe for 3 months 🙂
