Until You Can Love Yourself, Act As If.

Hi friends. Happy Valentine’s Day! I felt inspired by this day of love to talk to you about my journey and how I have learned to really appreciate love and to really feel deep, authentic love for myself. When we love ourselves, we can truly see love in all things, and therefore, love finds us everywhere we go 🙂

    thas was absolutely beautiful! thank you so much… as you said it’s a process to ‘unlearn’ to act the way you have and instead learn to act lovingly to yourself, as you said so lovingly :o).. for me i had to learn this too, and it was not ‘instictive’, but through this long process i grew..
