Close your eyes. Take a nice deep relaxing breath. Inhale and Exhale. Breathe in nice and
slow, breathe out nice and slow.

Now slow it down even more…

Breathe in as you count to 4 nice and slowly.

Pause your breath for a second.

Breathe out as you count to 4 nice and slowly.

Pause your breath for a second.

Repeat 3 times.

Now that you feel more at ease, declare: β€œI FEEL PEACEFUL.”

Ahhhh, I see your entire facial expressions changing. The serenity is REAL.

Deep breaths and all the smiles.
